In line with my passion for creatures, I've found a love for creating various different creatures in various forms and shapes. A handful of these were created for my character design class and thus started from silhouettes to finished designs. Some have direct inspirations from things such a mythology, mystical creatures, or things that could be grounded in our own world. 

Some of these have been revised in terms of artistic growth, and some may continue to be developed in the future to become more in line with my current artistic skills. Below you can see an example of a design made for a character design class that was recently updated to be more complex and more interesting. Bringing in the elements of some color passes that I liked as well as conceptual ideas of how the creature would function in its environment. I've also included a design that helped inspire some ideas for this design as well, since this design was never used and got absorbed into making this design more coherent.
The creature in question would absorb energy from celestial bodies to create new ones, and the color of the creature would change based on the type of energy it has absorbed. The stored energy would then be able to be used to create new celestial bodies in whatever solar system they are in. Regardless of how much energy they have they always have rings of interstellar medium encircling them as they traveled.
